Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold are digital gift cards, codes, or subscriptions delivered instantly via email or on-screen. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the code has been delivered and viewed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

The delivered code is invalid or already redeemed prior to delivery
The product delivered does not match the product purchased
The code was never delivered due to a technical error on our side

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via email to:

Your email must include:

Order number or delivery code
Product name
Date of purchase
Detailed description of the issue

Requests submitted through any other channel will not be processed.

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us at makemoneys8_nospam@proton.me constitutes a breach of this policy and may result in permanent account closure.

Timeframe

Return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests received after 7 days will not be honored.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 2-3 business days and issued in the original form of payment (Bitcoin or cryptocurrency). You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
